We reserve the right to refuse service if the property is deemed unsafe, hazardous, or poses a health risk to our staff.

3. Pricing and Payments

Our prices are clearly stated on our website and may vary depending on the type and size of the property, the level of cleaning required, and the location. All one-off cleans must be paid upfront, and regular cleans must be paid within 24 hours of the service. We accept bank transfers, card payments, and PayPal. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Refunds will only be provided if the service was not delivered as agreed. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations. No refunds will be issued for completed services.

5. Service Limitations

Vericlean Services does not provide the following services unless specifically agreed in writing:
– Heavy lifting or moving furniture
– Cleaning hazardous materials (e.g., mold, biohazards)
– Exterior window cleaning for high-rise buildings
– Cleaning of items deemed irreplaceable or of significant sentimental value
– Cleaning areas that pose a health risk to staff

6. Liability and Insurance

Vericlean Services is fully insured. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items deemed irreplaceable. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury beyond the scope of our services.

7. Health and Safety

We prioritize the health and safety of our clients and staff. We use industry-standard cleaning products and follow strict hygiene protocols. Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe work environment, including the removal of hazardous materials.

8. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data collected during the booking process is handled in compliance with the UK GDPR. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

9. Intellectual Property
